When you are doing a Gemba Walk, there are certain things that you have to watch out for. So, it’s best to walk with a checklist to record all the important details. In addition, you must check for obvious abnormalities in the standard processes. When inspecting machinery, you need to watch out for abnormal sounds or leakages as these things will indicate if there is any form of damage.
